Sundar Pichai

Sundar PichaiPichai Sundararajan, better known as Sundar Picha is an Indian-American business executive. He is the chief executive officers (CEOs) of Alphabet Inc., its subsidiary Google, and was born in Madurai in India.[4Pichai earned his master's degree in metallurgical engineering at IIT Kharagpur. After making the move to the United States, Pichai earned an M.S. He earned a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University. He also completed an MBA from the Wharton School of Pennsylvania. After a brief stint with McKinsey, Pichai moved to Google in 2004. In Google, he was in charge of the development of Google Drive and was also responsible for innovation and product management. Pichai also managed the development of Google Maps, Gmail, and other apps. In 2010 Pichai also announced the open-sourcing of the new codec for video called VP8 from Google and introduced the new video format, WebM. 2012 saw the debut of Chromebook. In 2013 Pichai added Android to the catalog of Google products that he oversaw.
